Meal selection:
- Filet of beef medallions: served with a red wine pan sauce and yukon gold potato puree.
- Grilled salmon: served with saffron and herb basmati rice pilaf, roasted tomato and dill cream sauce.
- Italian chicken: marinated with Italian herbs and spices, served with rosemary roasted red potatoes.
- Four cheese ravioli (Vegan):served with artichoke, tomato and sweet potato puree, berry balsamic sauce
RSVP by August 15th.
Dining will be catered by Jonathan Byrd's catering.
